When quoting we look at the list of furniture, other bulky items and number of boxes subject to removal. We also assess access routes to both properties and distances between them.
Information related to your move is collected by you completing the online questionnaire and/or more accurately, by arranging a meeting with one of our team members, at a time and place convenient to you.
Once we have all necessary information for your move, a written quotation is provided and includes the total price for your move, an action plan, a description of the type of vehicle to be utilised, and most importantly, who and how many team members will be working with you on your move.

- We ask for all the necessary information regarding your move.
- We prepare the quotation and send it to you for approval.
- If you are happy with the quotation and our terms of business, a small booking deposit is required, to secure the required date for your move.
- On the day of your move, we will arrive on time.
- The contents of your property will be prepared for loading.
- We load the vans by prioritising the safety of your belongings.
- We depart to your new address and while on route, keep you informed as to progress.
- Upon arrival, contents are unloaded and members will stay for as long as necessary ensuring that everything has been carried out according to your instructions.
- The outstanding balance due, is the deduction of the deposit previously received from you, from the total amount quoted.
- We issue HM Revenue and Customs approved sales receipts.
